Open Level Vinyasa Yoga
A series of yoga poses linked together by breath and movement. Each class will be tailored to the needs and ability level of individual students. Modifications will be offered for those new to yoga, and more advanced practitioners will be challenged. This is a class appropriate for all levels.
Slow Flow Vinyasa
Structured similarly to a regular open level class, Slow Flow Vinyasa is more moderately paced than a traditional vinyasa class.
Intermediate/Advanced Heated Vinyasa Yoga
Prior experience and familiarity with yoga is suggested for this class. This Ashtanga-inspired class moves at a faster pace, and inversions and arm balances are often explored. Come prepared to challenge yourself, try new things, and have fun!
Vinyasa Yoga Basics
People brand new to yoga will establish a fundamental knowledge of breathing, yoga postures, and class structure. This class will be tailored to the individual abilities and needs of the beginning student.
Power Yoga
The title that the YMCA has designated to my yoga classes. These classes are the same style of Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa classes that I teach elsewhere.
Modified Ashtanga Primary Series
A modified version of the primary series in Ashtanga.
Ashtanga Full Primary
A full led ashtanga primary.
