Classes are conducted in 8 week segments, but can be made up at any point during the series if you miss a week or start a series late.

Did I mention that I love to teach one-on-one? I have a very flexible schedule and will tailor a class designed to meet your individual level of ability. Private lessons are often the perfect solution for people who feel left behind in public classes, have a specific pose they want to tackle, or just desire more individual attention. I am armed with all necessary yoga props to aid both the novice and the experienced yogi. If you're a homebody willing to scoot your coffee table to the side, I will gladly come to you!


For the office


   If private lessons aren't for you, maybe you'd like to bring yoga to your workplace? Yoga in the workplace has been known to build camaraderie, reduce stress, and increase productivity and job satisfaction among employees. There are several options for employers when hosting yoga classes: full subsidy, where the employer assumes the cost of the class and provides the space; partial subsidy, where the class fee is shared by the employee and the employer, and hosting, where the employer offers a space in the office for the class and employees pay individually. Group classes can also be a fun addition to any birthday party, bridal shower, or other gathering! My personal rates are listed below. Please contact me via email for additional information.
