All classes formerly taught at Altered Body Mind Yoga have found a new home. Renee has moved on the other pursuits, and has left her classes in capable hands. All classes are now taught by Amanda Markland, RYT and are held inside the Complementary Medicine Center on County Line Road. Enter the building through the door on the left side of the parking lot.

New students are always welcome. Come check out the new space. In addition to hosting weekly yoga classes, the Complementary Medicine Center is also home to a variety of Acupuncture, Reiki, and deep-tissue massage services.
